Step One

Paperwork and Final Agreement

Taylor Built Homes wants you to have the best experience in purchasing your dream home. We want you to feel confident and at ease with the building process when meeting with our professional sales agents. They will answer any questions and resolve any concerns you may have in completing the purchase contract.

Step Two

Designing Your House

Get your creation on! You get to go to our Design Center and pick out your favorite colors and selections for your home. Our knowledgable design consultants will guide you through your home, top to bottom, to ensure you are picking the latest and greatest of the products on the market.

Step Three

Let's Get Building

Our sales agent and construction manager will team up to prepare you for your pre-construction meeting. At this meeting, they will walk you through your lot layout of the desired floorplan you have purchased. This is where you get to confirm your changes or questions before your house is under way!

Step Four

New Home Orientation

Congratulations! You have come so far! Your home is finished, and you get to enjoy your beautiful Taylor Built Home. Our superintendent will walk you through your newly constructed home and give you the full tutorial on the functionality of the homes and its systems.
